Project update… On their own time on Saturday, Jon Cadorin and his crew from Cadorin Construction here in Redding took advantage of the 72 degree weather and started framing Trina Leigh’s new handicap bathroom. (see photo below) To say the least, it is so exciting to see this kind of forward progress on the project. Thanks also to Kelly Walker of Payless Lumber for their generosity.
We are making good progress on the cash part of this effort due to the love and generosity of folks in our community, plus raffle ticket sales. See: http://rafflerules.com for all info about the gun raffle. Mary Lascelles kicked things off with a canvas print raffle, now we are doing a gun raffle, and Phyllis Raudman is hot onto a BMX bike raffle. Here is the poster for that one. Bike Raffle Poster.
We still need help to ‘Git’ Er’ Done!’. Trina’s mom and I will be on KCNR1460 AM tomorrow morning at 7:30AM. Please tune in and consider how you can help Trina Leigh!
